Who We Are

As a graduate of Virginia Tech with a Bachelor’s degree in Horticulture and an extensive work history, I am proficient in managing multiple crews, customer relations, and technical procedures on the job. I am a team player with strong communication skills, able to organize, implement, and achieve both production and sales goals as an individual, in a group, or as a leader. I have experience in managing a large number of employees on various projects while meeting objectives while maximizing revenue through efficiency while minimizing costs and waste. In addition to having excellent communication skills, I am an extremely passionate, self-motivated, hard-working individual that pays attention to detail. I have a proven record of managing personnel safely and effectively while making decisions in a rapidly changing environment that is beneficial for all parties involved. I understand brand imaging and take great pride in representing the company in a positive manner.
