Our Services

At Virginia Cultivars, we take pride in offering hemp-related services at reasonable rates!

Our Farm

We consider ourselves plant gurus. We are comprised of a group of individuals with experience in research, high tech greenhouse operations, controlled climate, nursery, produce, guerilla, and field grows. We use proven techniques to produce the highest quality plant stock for our farmers in the region. Our selective breeding programs, propagation methods, and cultivation tactics are validated in the industry. We conduct trials and log data on all our material and encourage our clients to do the same in order to constantly improve our product line for our region and therefore, our returns. In attempt to further validate our material, we are supporting research plots for a local university in the region both indoors and out. If you buy from us, you are supporting local efforts on all fronts.

We operate a 48,000 square feet warehouse converted into a west coast style grow chamber. Our goal is to produce world class cannabis genetics and boutique cannabis flowers for our clients. All of our material is approved by a peer of pioneers in the cannabis industry and is accompanied by a third party COA, Proof of Life, and/or Germination. Our inventory constantly evolves in an effort to better suit our region and our growers. Our internal breeding programs, ongoing field trials, funded research plots, and national network of growers and consultants ensures us the availability of the best material at the best price for our customers nationwide. WE source genetics from within and outside of the continental US in an attempt to house the most biodiversity for any indoor hemp grow in the Americas! At Virginia Cultivars, we use proprietary organic methods to produce a world class flower that speaks for itself.

Why choose Virginia Cultivars LLC? We are committed to community success. We are constantly working to maximize profits for all parties invested while minimizing parties risks. Backed by years of experience, Virginia Cultivars LLC only uses verified techniques and trusted plant stock. Our model is driven by results. We work to minimize the expense up front by providing quality plant stock at a reasonable cost. In return, you have more flexibility in marketing the material. We offer contract agreements prior to planting with a documented payback plan and offer a timely payout once 3rd party sale of the material is complete. We set ourselves apart from the competition in more ways than one. In addition to free consultation, workshops, and site visits, we offer an immediate payment once results from third party lab are received and the material is verified marketable to our partners! Our employees shed blood, sweat, and tears in order to bring you the most resilient, hardy, medicating genetics money can buy.  Partner with the best, forget the rest!

Our agreements are different from those offered by competitors in that your commitment with us is seasonal. We are so convinced our plant material is second to none, We do not require contracts or buy back programs. Our agreements are annual and our terms are renegotiated prior to each planting season offering the flexibility that allows for proper compensation according to current markets. We feel it is best for both parties to reevaluate the market and therefore agreements at the end of each season and prior to planting in order to fairly compensate all parties. We use current market data and sales history to forecast, set, and project seasonal costs, prices, and financial returns in order to offer a fair, transparent return on your product. Our sustainability is solely dependent upon the farmers success. The farmers success rides solely on the crop, Our transparency is second to none. Our honesty you can count on. Our reputation is growing. We cannot guarantee success, as raising CBD rich hemp varieties is a type of farming. We can guarantee that we can teach you from our mistakes, because we believe it is more important to share what not to do than micromanaging and telling someone exactly how to do something!

Members of our team have experience in all aspects or the hemp industry from the ground up including  breeding, farming/producing. processing, marketing, and product formulating allowing us to advise our clients in a manner that suits their individual needs from the bottom up! No farm is too big or too small. We want to hear from you!

Soil Testing

Prior to planting, it is suggested that soil sample(s) be taken and analyzed from the cultivation area. The process typically takes 5-7 business days to be completed once samples are taken, which allows you peace of mind knowing that the crop has the necessary nutrients and soil structure to flourish.

It is paramount that your soil type is understood and drainage tests occur prior to planting on the proposed cultivation site. This process takes 24 hours to be completed! Doing so allows you and ourselves peace of mind knowing that the crop has the necessary soil structure, drainage, and pore space necessary for your roots to thrive.

The site history of the proposed planting area must be considered prior to planting to reduce risks associated with cultivating and marketing the material. Depending on the land use/crop rotations used, there could be possible contaminants (Pesticides, Herbicides, Heavy Metals, Mycotoxins, Etc.) that could transfer to the finished product reducing or possibly eliminating yields and/or revenue.

At Virginia Cultivars, we want to help ensure your crop is legal. Even high quality varieties have the ability to test hot if not harvested in a timely manner or if the crop is stressed for whatever reason. In an attempt to reduce risks, we have a testing device on hand to test your sampled materials accordingly during the Flower Cycle, regardless of the season.
